Lolalicious is collaborating with one of our favourite local jewelry designers ZULA to make custom pet collar tags. Tags are available in either copper or brass medallions. First, customize the front (smooth surface) with your pet’s name and contact information, such as a phone number, then choose from one of four unique textures for the reverse side. Tags are approximately 1 1/4″ in diameter, but can be made smaller to suit smaller pets. Please allow us up to two weeks to create your unique accessory.

Last weekend team Lolalicious made a Crafty Affaire debut at Elgin Hall in South Surrey. We saw a few familiar faces and were introduced to a lot of new people and ideas for possible products and future venues. We were very happy to see our friends who live in the area stop by to chat and make their contribution to ‘helping the local economy.’
On the drive home, we stopped by several Value Villages and found a lot of really cool belts which we will soon introduce as stock for custom pieces. The stock belts will be available at all future shows and will soon be displayed on our website.
P.S. Check out the star studded tartan belt (top left corner of the collar rack) we found at the Newton Value Village – we can’t wait to meet the dog this goes to!
Lolalicious made our debut at the BLIM Community Market at Heritage Hall on Main Street today (website). It was a slower sunny Sunday afternoon but we still had a good time. We have already signed up for future BLIM shows, and will post all our summer dates shortly. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth.
We did not have a backdrop to work with so we had to create our own aluminum poster stand which, after several days of intense metal work, made its debut at BLIM.
“BLIM is an independent, family-run art and craft facility now conveniently located in the heart of Vancouver’s Historic Chinatown. Our aim is to help build community through the spirit of fun and creativity, making the arts and crafts accessible to a wide range of skill sets and aims.”
Lolalicious Design collars can now be found in The Window Community Art Shop!
The Window has a great selection of local artist’s work and excellent facilities, such as pottery kilns, sewing machines, and more, for the surrounding community to contribute to that selection. More information can be found on their website – thewindowartshop.com. A great amenity for the emerging Gastown art scene.
Another great show, and another successful outing for team Lolalicious! Last November’s show saw frantic holiday shoppers and record breaking crowds. By contrast last weekend’s Spring show was filled with relaxed, happy shoppers with sunshine and outdoor activities on their minds. We made some new friends and a few new fans! The new leather cuffs were well received so we will continue to make them, as well as a few other accessories we are currently designing.
Have a great spring everyone!
